3. Large vibration
Possible causes: increased vibration and equipment installation is not level; the horizontal error of the lower flange surface continues to be greater than 3mm~5mm; wear parts or rotor wear is uneven; the rotor is not balanced due to the uneven lining of the rotor; the vibration damping block fails; The conical expansion sleeve of the rotor or pulley becomes loose; the bearing is damaged.
Solution: check the rotor body, damping block, pulley and bearing; check the level of the middle bottom plate.
4. Wear of rotor and top wear plate
The reason for the wear of the top wear plate: direct impact on the rotor.
Solution: Adjust the center inlet of the feeding hopper to make the feed material in the state of full and unloading, and adjust the size of the center hole and the height of the overflow door.
Reasons for rotor wear: The material-throwing head is seriously worn and the replacement is not timely.
Solution: Replace in time within the wear limit.
5. Difficult to change the anvil or uneven wear
The reason for the difficulty of changing: the material enters between the anvil and the support.
Solution: Add butter between the anvil and the support.
Reasons for uneven wear: uneven feeding and serious wear.
