The advantages and disadvantages of the four types of crushing equipment
Crushing equipment is indispensable for open-pit mine production. Using a suitable crushing station can effectively reduce the size of ore conveying and improve production efficiency. Open-pit mine surface crushing stations are divided into mobile, semi-mobile, semi-fixed, and fixed according to the degree of fixation between the crushing equipment and the foundation. This article analyzes and compares the classification of these four crushing stations and their advantages and disadvantages, and hope to bring you some help in choosing.
Mobile crushing station
Generally, it integrates feeding, crushing and conveying. The walking adopts crawler type or tire type (also has stepping type), and the position can be adjusted at any time in the stope with the movement of the working surface.
Replacing dump trucks and reducing procurement costs; reducing transportation costs by 50% to 70%; reducing spare parts costs; reducing labor costs; reducing stope road maintenance; and having the characteristics of safety and environmental protection. Because it is a trinity equipment and the continuous transportation equipment connected to it is a belt conveyor, the crawler mobile crushing station is suitable for large-scale open-pit mine applications and is suitable for large-scale, continuous mining processes.
The equipment is complex and expensive, and the one-time investment is too large, making the mine economically unbearable.
Semi-mobile crushing plant
The semi-mobile crushing station is to place the machine body on a suitable working level in the open pit. As the working steps advance and extend, the crushing unit is integrated (or split) with a crawler transporter or other traction (pulling) equipment. ) Transport.
The most typical feature of a semi-mobile crushing plant is that it is connected to the ground without concrete foundation. Its service life ranges from several months to several years, and its migration time usually does not exceed 48 hours.
The difference between a semi-mobile crushing station and a mobile crushing station is that apart from the relocation time, one of the more important features is the location of the equipment. The semi-mobile crushing station is usually placed on the working side of the stope, and the ore and rock transport distance is less than At a position of 3km, when the stope steps extend beyond the reasonable distance and climb height of the car, the next move will be made.
It not only has the advantage of being movable, but also overcomes the shortcomings of semi-fixed station construction and long relocation time. It does not need to build a large foundation; it can be flexibly arranged on the working or non-working side. The equipment is relatively small, light in weight, easy to disassemble and lift, and the relocation is more flexible and convenient; the relocation frequency is more, and the operation time of one relocation is short, which can ensure the continuity of mine production.
Semi-stationary crushing plant
The semi-fixed crushing station is a transition method from the semi-mobile crushing station to the fixed crushing station. From the connection with the ground, the crushing frame has a solid connection with the ground (the base rock part can be connected by anchor piles, and the loose side Reinforced concrete foundation can be used in the zone). From the perspective of the laying position, it is generally fixed on the fixed side of the stope, so as to reduce the frequency of displacement as much as possible and increase the service cycle, especially for rock crushing and transportation. This is particularly important. .
When the semi-fixed crushing plant is relocated, only the equipment body that is bolted to the foundation can be disassembled and moved for reuse, and the foundation buried below the ground is discarded.
The semi-fixed crushing plant has a solid foundation, so it can be large-scaled in the selection process. It is suitable for mines with large processing capacity and has a long service period.
To build a fixed foundation, the construction period is long, the amount of relocation works is large, the relocation operation time is long, and the civil construction cost is high.
Stationary crushing station
The fixed crushing station is usually arranged outside the stope boundary, or set inside the stope in conjunction with the chute, and is not affected by the advancement of the stope steps, and is connected to the ground with a permanent fixed foundation. It will be used permanently after completion and will not be removed. . The feeding method is diverse, and it can be unloaded directly by a car, or a buffer silo can be provided by the ore discharging device. The fixed crushing station is generally in the crushing workshop of the concentrator and has the same life as the mine.
The biggest disadvantage is that the ore transportation distance is long, the transportation cost is large, and it is not suitable for reasonable adjustment.
(1) The mobile crushing station is self-driving in terms of its own walking capacity. The typical walking methods are tire, crawler, and stepping; from the deployment position, it is generally located on the stope working surface, and it must be driven by the excavation face. Flexible movement.
(2) The semi-mobile crushing station does not have the function of walking. It needs to be transported as a whole or separated by means of a special moving tool, without connecting to the ground. The sled crushing station is also included in this category. From the placement position, it should be arranged on the working or non-working side. As the steps drop, the distance of the car will increase and move to a suitable position below.
(3) The semi-fixed crushing station has an obvious connection with the ground. The crusher needs to be installed on an effective concrete foundation or steel structure. The layout should be placed on the fixed side. Of course, there are some examples because of the terrain and geology. Due to the limited conditions, it is necessary to build a solid foundation on the work side to place the crusher, which is also included in the semi-fixed crushing station.
(4) The classification of fixed crushing stations is the least controversial. It has a solid foundation and is used for a long time outside the stope. The transportation distance is relatively strong and should not be adjusted.
